About Eat Plants & Travel

The Idea Behind Eat Plants & Travel

Eat Plants & Travel (EPT) is a global vegan discounts platform created exclusively for the world’s vegan community.

We built EPT as a space where vegans can discover incredible plant-based experiences, products, and services - all while saving money. At the same time, we give vegan businesses a place to promote themselves and connect with a like-minded audience.

Vegan Savers Club

The Vegan Savers Club is exactly what it sounds like - a hub of amazing deals from ethical, eco-friendly, and cruelty-free vegan businesses around the world.

Our team searches far and wide (online and beyond) to partner with brands that align with our values, bringing our members top-notch discounts on products and services that make a difference.

Deals for REELs

We created Deals for REELs to help our members support vegan businesses through social media. When you share content about a brand, you unlock exclusive offers and perks - it’s a win-win for everyone.

How We Make Money

We’re proud to keep everything on the platform 100% free for members - always.

To stay sustainable, we generate revenue through:

  • Clearly marked affiliate links

  • Sponsored content

  • Ethical advertising partnerships

We only work with businesses that align with our values.

How It All Started

Eat Plants & Travel is the brainchild of London-based vegan couple Parma and Simona.

After getting married in 2019, they realised a standard two-week honeymoon wouldn’t cut it. So they quit their jobs, sold their stuff, and hit the road with two backpacks and an open mind.

Traveling as vegans came with its own set of challenges - ones their omnivore backpacker friends didn’t face. But thanks to the amazing online vegan community, they found tips, guides, and encouragement everywhere they went.

Over the next four years, they explored Asia, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, all while documenting their adventures on Instagram. What started as a way to reassure their parents they were still alive grew into a community of over 5,000 followers - and even a viral video (yep, the Vietnam train-street clip with over 60 million views!).

When they returned to the UK in early 2024 (wallets empty but hearts full), they knew they wanted to give back to the community that supported them and shine a light on the vegan businesses they’d discovered.

So, in Parma’s grandmother’s old bedroom, on what was once their wedding website, Eat Plants & Travel was born - officially launched in April 2025

What’s Next?

We may be a young start-up, but we have big dreams.

Right now, we’re focused on growing a global community of plant-based foodies, travelers, and businesses. We want every vegan in the world to feel welcome here - like one big family.

We’re also:

  • Working on our first app for even easier access to deals

  • Improving website accessibility so everyone can join in

  • Partnering with more ethical brands and creators around the world
