Hi, I'm Simona, London-based virtual assistant with 15 years across construction operations and founder support. Yoga-trained, plant-based, and equally at home on a building site or behind a wellness brand.
I’ve spent years in high-stakes administration - managing operations on £1M+ construction projects, keeping C-suite executives running and supporting founders building brands they actually believe in.
I trained as a yoga teacher in Rishikesh. I’ve backpacked across Asia for three years. I’m plant-based and I care about it. None of that stops me from being exactly the kind of operations partner a construction director or property developer needs - someone who’s been on site, understands the pace, and won’t need hand-holding.
I built Zero Chaos Club because the founders I admire most, whether they’re running a yoga studio or a trades business, were all losing the same thing - time. And time spent on admin is time not spent on the work that actually matters.
