The kitchen is famous for its insanely realistic and perfectly crispy soy-based Karaage (fried chicken). You can order it tossed in a variety of vibrant house sauces, ranging from tangy sweet and sour to rich, sticky teriyaki. Pair it with a plate of their brilliant vegan gyoza and a cold beer or a classic lemon sour, and you have the recipe for a perfect Tokyo evening.
