Jola is an exquisite addition to Vienna's high-end culinary scene. Run by a passionate duo, Jonathan and Larissa (hence the name Jo-La), they serve an incredibly thoughtful, completely plant-based surprise tasting menu that changes almost weekly depending on what local farmers have available.

The experience is intimate and personal. They focus heavily on preserving, fermenting, and elevating regional Austrian produce to staggering heights. The non-alcoholic juice pairings, fermented in-house, are as much of a draw as the food itself.
