The Vegan Junk Food Bar (VJFB) didn't just embrace the plant-based fast-food movement; they gave it a graffiti-sprayed, neon-pink makeover. This multi-award-winning spot is an absolute must-visit in Amsterdam for an incredibly fun, highly photogenic meal that completely shatters any boring stereotypes about vegan food.

The kitchen is a playground of unapologetic indulgence. Expect massive, double-stacked burgers dripping in colourful house sauces, their famous loaded "Kapsalon" fries topped with vegan shawarma and pink garlic mayo, surprisingly realistic vegan sashimi, and smoking cocktails. It is loud, proud, and completely delicious.
