Roots & Rolls has successfully created plant-based sushi that is so inventive and flavour-packed, it effortlessly rivals any traditional fish-based sushi bar in the city. Located in the vibrant Eixample neighbourhood, the venue itself is incredibly stylish and spacious, featuring a gorgeous, airy botanical interior that perfectly reflects the fresh ingredients on the menu.

The kitchen completely redefines vegan sushi. Instead of just relying on basic cucumber and avocado, they craft complex, highly creative rolls featuring spicy jackfruit, braised shiitake, quinoa crusts, and vibrant beetroot-infused rice. Beyond the rolls, their menu boasts an incredible array of gyozas, pad thai, and Asian tapas.
