Located in the historic heart of Bath, this independent bistro celebrates the absolute purity of plant-based ingredients.

The kitchen operates on a strict farm-to-table philosophy, with much of their produce grown organically on their own Somerset plot or sourced from local, biodynamic farmers. The menu changes constantly to reflect the micro-seasons, resulting in elegant, produce-driven small plates that let the vegetables speak for themselves. Expect incredibly fresh, vibrant dishes accompanied by an exceptional list of low-intervention and natural organic wines.
